In our first entries we will be addressing....

Pegasus:
    Pegasus is horse with wings. It is an animal at the service of Zeus. With Belerofonte,Pegasus lived many adventures. The most famous of these adventures was the death of Chimera. Belerofonte flew with Pegasus to verify the existence of gods. Zeus disciplined this distrust and made the winged horse fall and Belerofonte fell into abyss. But the horse wasn´t to be blamed so Zeus permitted Pegasus to travel to the heavens  where he was converted into a constellation which has its name.

Cyclops:
    Cyclops, according to Greek mythology, was a giant with only one eye in the middle of his front. We consider the Cyclops to be hostile. Cyclops was a helper of Hefesto, the god of the fair and the protector of metallurgy. In accordance with Odisea, the Cyclops captured Ulysses and his boat crew and hid him in a cave in what could be Sicily. However, the following day Ulysses and his crew were able to escape from the giant when it was out in the pastures with its sheep.
The Black Pig:
    The black pig is a demonic creature of the Brazilian tradition. It is a pig with black skin. It is very big and attacks animals and humans which he kills in a cruel way. The black pig has got diabolical eyes and projects a phosphorescent light. When it decides to attack, nothing can stop the black pig because it is immune to maldictions.
Three-legged Horse
    This is a horse with three legs and it hasn´t got a head. They say that to step on their footprints brings unhappiness for life.
Naga:
    The Naga is a good snake with many heads that appears in many works of arts and legends of India and of southeast Asia. Sometimes Naga appears with a human or animal torso. The Naga controls the rain.
The dog of Hades:
    Cerberus, in ancient mythology, was a dog with three heads and snakes for a tail. Her labor was to ward off the evil towards Hades.
Centaur:
    The Centaur has got the torso and the head of a man and the body of a horse. The Centaur is a symbol of the tormented man caught in the fight between good and evil.
Onocentaur:
    The Onocentaur is described as a creature with the head, torso, and arms of a man and the inferior parts of a donkey.
Bucentaur:
    The Bucentaur is a creature with the torso of a man and the body and the strength of a bull.
